Footwear
- Use hiking shoes or mountaineering boots that t well and are comfortable, are waterproof and lightweight. They should be breathable and support your ankles to reduce injuries when walking on rocky terrain and in mud.
- Choose cotton socks with no seams.
- In the summer, you can also wear trainers with suitable soles for rocky terrain.
- You should also take sandals or fliflops to relax your feet at the end of each stage, so that your feet can breathe in case of blisters or sores.
